We are very pleased to introduce our new website to both our existing Michigan customers,
who have always known us as SpeedNet, LLC and our customers that were formerly served
by CommSpeed. The combined company will now be known as SpeedConnect in both
Michigan and Iowa.

Our new and improved website not only introduces our new company name, but has also
been reorganized for ease of use by our existing customers while adding a number of new
features for all.

You may be asking why we would change our name from SpeedNet, LLC to SpeedConnect.
When we purchased the network and operation in Iowa, it was determined that using the
name SpeedNet would not be an option of us. SpeedConnect is a name we've owned for
a number of years, and when we decided to use it as our brand it Iowa, it just made sense
to rename our entire operation.

For our existing customers, you'll find the E-Mail login, My Accounts Management, and
Refer a Friend sections predominately displayed on the new home page. You'll also find
a new and improved support tab for any questions you may have about SpeedConnect
service.

If you are visiting our site for the first time, our residential and commercial tabs have clear
and concise information about SpeedConnect services and who to contact for assistance.
We have also invested in the software that allows us to prequalify your address for
SpeedConnect service in our check availability section. Enhanced graphics and access to
Google Earth will clearly let you know if we reach your home or business.

Whenever we ask our customer's why they choose SpeedConnect as their broadband
provider, the top answer is always because of our people, reliability of the service, and
our Lock Your Rate in Forever promise.

The pictures you see on our homepage are the members of SpeedConnect's team. From
John Ogren our CEO to members of our sales team, everyone at SpeedConnect works hard
to make sure we earn the right to provide your broadband connection. At the end of the
day, each of our team members has a vested interest in your satisfaction with
SpeedConnect. We work with by the following business creed:
